The hotel staff were all very welcoming and went out of their way to always assist our requests. The hotel had a lot of family visitors as well as medical tourists, it really catered for everyone. It's not a huge place but has everything needed with staff that really focus on each and every guest staying there. The room service menu was perfectly good and always arrived piping hot, be it pasta, pizza or teas. Breakfast in the lobby daily was fresh fruit, cheeses, breads and bakery items, variety of cooked eggs, dry fruit, yogurts- definitely something for everything and all fresh and healthy. Our housekeeping maid was a wonderful lady who refreshed our towels and bedding daily, even though it wasn't always needed. Plenty of water brought to the room daily. The location was perfect for our visit and within 2 mins walking distance to the venue we were visiting. Only 30mins walk from the heart of Istanbul and everything that could be needed. Thank you to everyone, we felt at home for our full week stay.

Our stay at Avantgarde Urban Şişli was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. Every detail was well thought out, making our stay truly enjoyable.The hotel’s location in Şişli was ideal—central, convenient, and easily accessible to major attractions. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. The overall ambiance of the hotel was stylish and elegant, creating a wonderful experience from start to finish.

I recently stayed here, and I had a great experience. Vedat, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He made sure everything went smoothly and was always there to assist with a smile, he helped me with my bags during check in and was kind enough to arrange a taxi for me upon my departure. There is a huge shopping mall close to the hotel and some very nice small restaurants. The area is very safe even for solo girl travellers, as it is full of young people and busy. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety of options that were fresh and delicious. Overall, the service and amenities made my stay really enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I want to thank the great staff of the hotel especially the employee (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) who checked us in on Friday morning November 17th . He told us about filling a membership card that gave us free breakfasts for our stay😍. And also allowed us a 2 hours early check in which was much needed because we had an overnight trip. Can’t thank him and the hotel enough. Also the people who helped checking us out Bushra and Mert thanks. I have to point the location of the hotel it is amazing. 2 minutes walk from Jawaher mall which is a great mall. 5 minutes by car to Nisatsi and 10 minutes to Taksim square!! 3-5 minutes to the metro station. Amazing. definitely recommended.
